Here’s a selection of things from the web that I’ve found interesting recently:

1- Boys stand up against bullying by wearing pink (via My Thoughts, Ideas and Ramblings)

Two boys in the US take a stand on bullying. I, along with countless others, was picked on throughout school. It’s wonderful to see someone show that bullying isn’t cool. Click here for a follow-up story.

2-  Pretty cool photo-morphing software (via Family WebWatch)

I like the idea of making effects like morphing available to the general computer user. Not so long ago, such effects were created only at places like Pixar, and now you can do it from your own lounge. You should check out the Fun Ideas page at Morpheus Photo-Morpher, too.

3- Canine Costumes (via StumbleUpon plugin)

These are just cute. I love the jousting dog/medieval knight the best. I wonder how long it took to get those dogs to agree to wear those costumes? It gives me some ideas to try out on my own puppy…

4-  RPG Motivational Posters (via various, but this one’s from StumbleUpon)

I love these. The more jokes you get, the more you start to realize how much of your life you’ve devoted to RPGs. Of course, if you don’t get these then you’re still sane, no worries.

5- Some amazing Steampunk photographs (yep, StumbleUpon again)

This entire community enthralls me. The ‘costumes’ are truly fantastic, and some of these people, much like the Gothic subculture, wear clothing like this every day. I’m sorely tempted to favourite this forum. If you’re not up for full-costume LARP (Live Action Role Play, keep up), then at least you can admire the sheer effort and creativity that can be seen in this man’s work. If the denizens of the forum don’t mind, click here for some more costumes.
